HEC Bathroom Break

I walk in. An Asian man brushing his teeth at 3 in the afternoon? Take note that I am in the HEC bathroom but okay it’s understandable. Long days of studies, a good brush can be refreshing. And here’s where it gets interesting. He takes a walk over the urinal and starts multitasking. Let your imagination flow. He’s jerking his toothbrush back and forth for some deep clean while peeing at a urinal. Don’t mind me if you do not find this at all baffling or tad odd altogether.

Fyi, I was washing up after walking outside in the spring weather and not blatantly staring at him.

A First

Today I was e-mailed of my friend, Daniel’s death but I failed to recall who he was. It wasn’t till now that I remember. A moment of silence for my first friend I lost and lingering feelings of guilt when I didn’t realize who it was at first.
